I think Madam Kong is the most popular curry puff stall in the chinatown. It does not have a special restaurant, but the business is very good with long queues most of the time.Their potato chicken curry puff is huge and full of fillings! I can find lots of chicken slices in it, unlike the usual curry puff with only curry flavourings. Also, the curry is very fragrant and not very spicy. Thumbs up!
